Cancellation & Refund Policy

ANURAG ACADEMY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

If you are not satisfied with Anurag softwares purchased directly from Anurag Academy (www.anuragacademy.com), contact us within 3 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 3 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

All Credit Card service and Bank Transfer Charges are non-refundable.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. Anurag Academy reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
The Anurag Academy refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from Anurag Academy (www.anuragacademy.com). If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team (Contact 7665613000). The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by the ANURAG ACADEMY, it’ll take for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
